Would you like to return your order? You have 30 days from the date of receipt to send the items back to us at the following address:

Return conditions

All returns must be made within 30 days. Please include your order number with your return so that we can identify your order quickly.

Returned items must be new, unused and in their original packaging. The laces must be neatly folded and their original ring must remain intact.

Items that have been unpacked and repacked by the customer cannot be refunded.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the returned items. The original shipping costs are not refundable.

If your order benefited from free shipping, the shipping cost may also be deducted from your refund if the items you keep no longer meet the conditions required for the free shipping offer.

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method, generally within 2 business days.

Items purchased with a discount or as part of a promotional offer are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
